Case message templates
Add Case message templates to create standardised replies. The templates can be translated and used when sending messages about a case to the whistleblower.
Add new Case message templates in Whistleblowing site > Settings > Case messages.
Statistics PDF
It’s now possible to create a statistics PDF of the current view from the Statistics page. Simply click on the green PDF button.
Cases to be archived summary box
A Cases to be archived box has been added to the Dashboard, to show the number of cases that will be archived within 7 days. All cases that fit within this time frame will be listed.
Administrators will also be notified about a case 7 days before it is archived.
