Change deletion times and case deadlines
A company can now save cases for up to 8 years. You can change the length of time after which cases are deleted in Settings > Compliance.
The default case deadline is set according to the EU Directive, as shown in the image above.
However, Owner and Administrator roles can change the deadline of each individual case in the Case overview. A notification e-mail is sent 7 days before a deadline. A warning will appear on the case and the dashboard if the deadline passes.
Virus control
All files being uploaded to the system will run through an extensive sanitation process, scanning and stripping them from potentially malicious or insecure content.
Statistics in monthly reports
A monthly report with statistics is sent on the first of every month to the Owner and Administrator roles.
