Whistleblowing ServicesIntake Management Service
What is our Intake Management Service?
An Intake Management Service is when an organisation uses a third party to receive initial reports sent through a whistleblowing system. The receiving company carries out initial checks to ensure that the report gets assigned to the correct person(s). The receiving company also makes sure that the confirmation to the whistleblower is sent within 7 days.
Why use this service?
An intake management service ensures independence, reduces administrative burden, and helps your company stay aligned with legal and compliance requirements.
What’s included with Whistlelink’s Intake Management Service?
First line review
Whistlelink conducts an initial review and evaluation of all reports submitted through your Whistlelink site. Within one business day, we assess the case and acknowledge receipt of the report, ensuring a timely and professional response in line with best practices and regulatory expectations.
Assignment of cases
Whistlelink will assign cases to your chosen first line of contact(s). If your first line of contact is part of the report (no reviewing of files), we will instead assign the case to your back up contact. Additional instructions from the client may occur, always agreed to on a case by case level.
