Where to place information about your whistleblowing solution

Help your employees access Whistlelink by placing it somewhere easy to find. Like on your website. Due to whistleblower confidentiality, we don’t recommend access via a company intranet, because it’s possible to see trackable information such as what page a user visits or log-in times.

Below are examples of where companies place information about their whistleblowing solution on their corporate website. 

1. On the Contact us page

The Contact us page is a common place for accessing a company’s whistleblowing solution and it can be done in a number of ways. For instance, as a simple link alongside all other contact information on the page, or in a separate section about whistleblowing.

2. On the About us page

Another popular location is in a section on the About us page. Particularly with content discussing the company’s values, as a whistleblowing solution demonstrates a company’s commitment to achieving them.

3. With information about sustainability or ethical guidelines

By investing early, we have a better chance of preventing serious risk or damage to the company, our employees, other stakeholders, the environment or society as a whole.

We therefore encourage anyone who suspects breaches of applicable law, policies, morals or ethics at [company name] to report it via our whistleblowing solution.
