Minor update: Enhancements to Voice Message reports
The Voice Message feature allows whistleblowers to submit oral reports, providing an essential channel for those who may prefer or require verbal communication. This option supports inclusivity and compliance with whistleblowing regulations that mandate the availability of both written and oral reporting methods.
Organisations can now choose from four additional form elements to customise the voice message page, offering greater flexibility and better alignment with specific reporting requirements.
If you have not yet activated Voice Message, navigate to:
Whistleblowing Site → Settings → Site Information, and select Allow Voice Messages to enable this feature.
