Anonymous vs. Confidential reporting

We are adding a new standard element into the report form, Anonymous or Confidential reporting.

The new standard element will be visible on the top of the questionaire and will give the reporting person an option to chose whether to be completely anonymous or provide his/her name and contact details.

Please note that the element can be removed completely, if the organisation prefers not to provide the option to choose between confidential or anonymous reporting. 

Furthermore, a second element named ‘Confidential Reporting’ has been included in the list of elements that can be added to the report form. By using the Confidential Reporting element in the report form, the reporting person must provide his/her name and contact details for the report to be accepted by the organisation.
