1. Enforce 2-factor authentication
To further protect the client account and sensitive information, owners, admins, and partners may now force all users to enable 2-factor authentication. This is enabled from User Management, where you can also reset the authentication method for individual users.
2. Report information available for reporting person
A long awaited request – finally, it is possible for the reporting person to actually see the information that was first submitted, i.e., the whistleblower report or case.
Once the case and verification codes are added, there are two tabs; one for communication and one where the case information is available. As before, internal comments, notes, risk scores, categories etc. will never be visible for the reporting person.
3. Get control of all files
We’re giving a touch up to the look and feel of the page where all the files connected to a case are displayed. The objective is to easier find and sort all files, as well as see the source of them. And, did you know that all files are scanned to find potentially dangerous files (that contain malicious code or could potentially harm your hardware)?

Voice recording – beta
Great things lie ahead! We are soon launching the possibility to enable voice recordings on the reporting page. This means an oral report can be submitted by recoding of a voice message. Stay tuned for more information about this!
