1. Improved visibility with attachments
Did you know that all files uploaded in the reporting page are scanned for viruses, malicious and executable codes and that metadata are also cleaned from many of the files. This is an important part of all the efforts we have made to make Whistlelink a safe and secure platform.
This means that any file uploaded are in „process“ mode before being fully accessible for review. If the file is large, this may take some additional time and to help you predict this we have included the size of the file in the title of the upload.

2. Deletion date visible on the case cards
Closed cases will always have a Deletion date, i.e., the date when all the content in the case will be deleted. This date is customizable and may vary depending on local legislation as well as internal procedures. Once set, the Deletion date will be visible on each Case card. You´ll also get an email reminder 7 days before it will happen.

3. New useful filters in Statistics
Those of you that have customized the report form with questions about Country or organisation unit can also filter the statistics page with these parameters. This is helpful to understand where in the organisation potential misconducts can be found.
