We are delighted to introduce a new, impactful feature: Automated Translation!
This feature allows you to translate incoming reports directly within the case management system, saving you both time and effort. You no longer need to worry about the language in which the initial case was submitted. Simply choose the target language, and the system will translate the case without any further human intervention.
Designed for international organisations with a multilingual workforce, Automated Translation will streamline the assessment of incoming cases without requiring additional team members. Initially, only reports are translated, but soon, we will extend Automated Translation to the message module as well.
Enable Automated Translation now! Navigate to Company Settings – Case Handling to activate this feature and start benefiting immediately.
